Booking Terms & Refund Policy

1. Rates & taxes
Rates quoted on this site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST), which is currently 18% and is added at checkout. Rates may vary by season, availability, and room-specific offers.
2. Reservation guarantee
A valid credit or debit card is required to hold your reservation. No charge is made at the time of booking unless specifically noted (for advance-purchase rates). On arrival, we will pre-authorise a reasonable amount against incidentals.
3. Cancellation & modification
- Flexible rate: cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged the first night.
- Advance-purchase rate: non-refundable, but modifiable by calling Reservations, subject to rate difference.
- Festive periods (20 Oct – 5 Jan): 30-day cancellation window. No-shows charged the full stay.
4. Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is 2:00 pm; check-out is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are offered subject to availability, and are complimentary for stays in signature suites.
5. Children & extra guests
Children under 12 stay and dine free of charge when sharing a room with guardians. A roll-away bed is available for INR 2,500/night.
6. Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (flight cancellation, natural disaster, government order), we will work with you to reschedule rather than refund.
7. Right of admission
The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay in case of conduct that causes distress to other guests or our team, or that is contrary to Indian law.
